NDIS Dietitian in Penrith & Western Sydney
Mobile and telehealth nutrition support for participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers, SIL homes and group homes.
Hi, I'm Dayna. I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian based near Penrith, and I provide practical NDIS nutrition support across Penrith, Kingswood and nearby Western Sydney suburbs.
I completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Sydney, followed by a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, and I have been specialising in disability dietetics for more than four years. I bring clinical training, community experience and a down-to-earth approach to nutrition support, so recommendations feel realistic for everyday life.
I work with participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers, carers, SIL homes and group homes to build nutrition plans that can actually be used at home. I consider disability-related support needs, food preferences, culture, budget, cooking skills, routine and the people helping with meals.

I can provide nutrition plans and reports where they are clinically appropriate and connected to the participant's disability-related needs and goals. If a specific report format is required, please include that when you enquire.

In Australia, the professional spelling is dietitian. Some people search for NDIS dietician Penrith or NDIS dietician Western Sydney, but I use the recognised Australian spelling, Accredited Practising Dietitian.
Use the online referral form and include the participant's suburb, main nutrition concerns, support needs and NDIS goals. I will then contact you to discuss the next step.
